Quiet and safe craftsmanship at Van Hoof Group

At Van Hoof Group in Asten, an expansion of the existing production facility was on the agenda. The organization aimed to create new work zones where welders could work safely and comfortably, without compromising the appearance and layout of the factory. The challenge lay in combining safety, functionality, and aesthetics — a challenge that Cepro was perfectly equipped to address.

In collaboration with the end user, Cepro designed and realized a complete line of welding booths. Each booth was fitted with sound-absorbing Sonic walls, a product specifically developed to effectively dampen the noise of welding and grinding activities. The walls were also finished in a color scheme that matched the existing style of the facility, allowing the new workspace to integrate seamlessly into the factory without detracting from its visual unity.

The result is a series of modern workstations where employees can concentrate without the distraction of echoing noise or visual clutter. By using high-quality sound-absorbing materials, the work environment has become significantly calmer and more pleasant. This not only contributes to the physical well-being of employees but also improves overall job satisfaction. Although a fixed setup was chosen for this project, Cepro also offers modular or adaptable solutions tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
