Welding curtain

A welding curtain is a PVC screen that protects bystanders in a welding area against harmful UV radiation, infrared light, sparks and spatter. The welder themselves wears a helmet and protective clothing. Anyone working in the same space without that protection is at risk. Cepro supplies welding curtains that demonstrably remove that danger, tested to the most current European standard. We make no compromises on safety.

Welding strips

Sparks, spatter and harmful welding light pose a serious risk to everyone working near a welder. The welder themselves is well protected, but their surroundings often are not. Welding strips solve that: flexible PVC strips that screen off the welding environment without disrupting the work process. At Cepro they are all certified to DIN ISO 25980. So that you know exactly what you are buying.

Welding screens

Welding sheet

Welding releases harmful rays that you do not always see, but that genuinely cause damage. Sparks, spatter and radiation pose a risk to everyone around the welder. A reliable welding sheet from Cepro shields against that risk: a flexible PVC strip 570 mm wide and 1 mm thick that you hang up between the welder and the rest of the workshop.

Welding blankets

Laser welding

Laser welding is gaining ground across the metalworking industry and beyond. The technology enables high precision and is increasingly used in series production. Working with class 4 handheld lasers does, however, carry a significant risk. The laser radiation produced falls outside the visible spectrum. Without proper shielding, this poses a direct hazard to everyone in the working area. Safe laser welding begins with fully enclosing the process. Cepro develops and supplies the certified solutions that make this possible.

Grinding strips

Anyone who grinds knows that sparks are regularly released that fly off in all directions, and that a noise level arises which considerably disturbs the rest of the workshop. Grinding strips are the solution that many companies do not yet know about. They screen the grinding zone off from its surroundings, without holding up traffic, forklift trucks or employees.
