Safety is at the heart of our business. Our products help protect people against welding light, sparks, spatter, noise and laser radiation. By creating safer and better-organised workplaces, we contribute directly to healthier working environments.

At the same time, we continue to look critically at our own operations. We focus on:

A long product lifetime is an important part of our approach. Products that remain safe, functional and reliable for many years do not need to be replaced unnecessarily. Where possible, we also consider efficient material use, replaceable components, repair, reuse and recycling. These principles are also included in Indutrade’s guidelines for products with sustainable added value.

Sustainability is also part of how Cepro is managed. Relevant developments, data, goals and improvement activities are discussed within the organisation and reviewed through the management and board structure. This reflects Indutrade’s decentralised approach, in which each company is responsible for turning the Group’s sustainability ambitions into actions that fit its own activities and market.
