The school was looking for a safe, efficient workspace where students could weld and grind without exposing the rest of the room to welding light or noise.

Onze oplossing:

Two flexible welding booths with certified welding strips and an integrated soundproof grinding booth that can function as a standalone unit or in combination with the welding booths.

Safe learning is essential in technical education

For a Dutch school, Cepro, in collaboration with a dealer, developed a modern welding workshop with a soundproof grinding booth that combines safety and flexibility.

The core of the design consists of two flexible welding booths. The front features four sliding segments with Cepro Transparent welding strips mounted in a double rail. These strips are certified according to the international standard (EN ISO 25980) and filter harmful light generated during welding. The side and back walls are made of Cepro Sonic soundproof panels finished with a durable RAL-6011 powder coating.

Attached to the booths is a closed grinding cabin constructed from metal plates with high-quality insulation materials and a steel core. This cabin can operate independently but is smartly integrated with the welding booths, creating an efficient and well-organized learning environment.

The result?
A safe, flexible workshop where students can perform at their best, while bystanders remain protected from noise and welding light. With this project, Cepro once again proves that practical solutions can perfectly combine innovation and safety.
