Can I receive a drawing or sample?

Certainly. On request we can provide a technical drawing or supply sample/test material, so you can check in advance whether the product meets your expectations.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, that is possible. Please contact our sales department to arrange this.

Do I need a return authorization number (RMA)?

Yes, for a return you will always receive an RMA number and clear instructions from us. Please mention this number on the return shipment.

Can I return an opened or used item?

Only if the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately. Together we will find a suitable solution, such as replacement or repair.
