The situation:

An international manufacturer of agricultural machinery sought an efficient and safe setup for multiple welding stations within a newly designed production facility.

Our solution:

Cepro designed a series of enclosed welding stations with certified welding strips and sound-absorbing walls. This combination provides a safe environment with minimal noise and a professional, organized appearance.

Smart workplace design with attention to safety and comfort

For an internationally operating manufacturer of agricultural machinery, the need arose to set up a new welding department that would meet all the requirements of a modern production environment. At the heart of this ambition were safety, clarity, and a neat appearance of the workstations. Cepro was asked to provide a solution that would allow welders to work safely and with full concentration, without colleagues or visitors in the same space being affected by light or noise.

To meet this need, Cepro created several enclosed welding stations equipped with certified Cepro welding strips. These flexible strips block harmful UV and IR radiation during welding and comply with the international standard (EN ISO 25980). As a result, bystanders in the same space are also well protected.

In addition, sound-absorbing panels were installed. These ensure that the noise level in the workspace is significantly reduced, enabling employees to work more calmly and improving the overall acoustics of the area.

The result is a sleekly designed workshop that meets the highest safety standards without compromising on appearance or flexibility.
