First, a brief explanation. Welding screens are fixed or mobile screens that protect you and your colleagues from your immediate welding and work environment. They block bright and harmful light; and they protect against sparks that may fly off during work.
With welding screens, you can create separate work zones for (welding) tasks that require focused attention. Our end products are tailored to what you need.

We would like to explain the last two points further. We think beyond screens because we also want to help you map out the required walking routes (for welding activities) and the layout of the welding areas themselves. Light incidence also plays a role here. That overall picture should lead to the best possible screen setup.
By modular screens we mean that the products we assemble can always be moved or expanded. If you have one of our systems, you do not need to purchase an entirely new system when expanding it. Practical and sustainable usability: that is what it is all about.

These are equipped with a welding curtain, welding screen fabric, sheets or strips, depending on the type. Most screens are 160–200 centimeters high and 140–220 centimeters wide. We make them either from PVC or steel. Commonly in the colors orange, bronze or (dark) green.

Options for a mobile welding screen
In the case of mobile screens, we focus on stability. The frames are solidly built to withstand shocks and movement. In addition, we make a welding screen mobile by using industrial swivel casters that perform well even on uneven floors.

First and foremost: a welding screen must do its job and provide safety above all. This is the basis for the (further) development of our products and services. The level of welding light filtration must comply with the current ISO 25980 standard. This means we adhere to strict requirements regarding transparency.
Our welding screens protect against UV radiation, which can be harmful to skin and eyes. They also protect against direct heat (IR radiation). In addition, our screens always contain flame-retardant material.
What is the price of our welding screens?
Cepro offers various price ranges: from high-end to lightweight and everything in between. The choice of material (powder coating, PVC or steel), sizes, specific designs, the presence of swivel wheels and/or arms are all determining factors. We can of course explain this during an advisory meeting.
What does the CEPRO process look like from start to finish?
What is our way of working? It starts with your need for a welding screen and the budget you want to allocate for it. We visit you on site and take our own measurements (spatially and technically). This results in tailored advice.
If you agree, we create a design and, once approved, it goes to our production department. Delivery and on-site assembly depend on the screens you choose: standard products are often available immediately, while custom-made products typically require 10 to 15 working days.
We also remain at your service after installation. Does our product need any adjustments, or are additional accessories required later? No problem, we will take care of it. As long as you can continue to do your work safely and efficiently. Cepro supports you in this.

A welding screen is a (mobile or fixed) screen with a solid frame. It defines a workspace for welding activities. A welding curtain is flexible and often hangs on a rail or ceiling. It consists of foil or fabric and serves as temporary shielding.
When should I choose a mobile welding screen?
If your production and/or training space regularly changes in size because your projects are always different, choose mobile screens. Cepro ensures that these mobile models are equipped with stable wheels that can withstand impacts.
